Speaker:Um, but yeah, no, it, it, it is truly, uh, all jokes aside, such a pleasure to have
Speaker:you on and, uh, we're gonna talk about my favorite, I always say quote unquote
Speaker:supplement because obviously it is a whole food that we're gonna talk about today.
Speaker:Um, but being that I have had you on before, um, I think I wanted to kind
Speaker:of go in a little bit of a different direction to touch on some subjects we
Speaker:might not have touched in the beginning.
Speaker:But for those of you who are just tuning in, um, please correct me if I'm
Speaker:wrong, Catherine, but, uh, what we're talking about today is micro-algae
Speaker:as opposed to macro algae, which in the past Catherine has explained it.
Speaker:Macroalgae would be like seaweed, the bigger type of, uh, you know, like
Speaker:sea plant life that we would have.
Speaker:Whereas microalgae is smaller stuff.
Speaker:So that's gonna be spirulina and carella microscopic.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:Okay.
Speaker:Beautiful.
Speaker:So that is what we're talking about today is the microalgae.
Speaker:But I think one of the most important things regarding microalgae, and
Speaker:specifically spirulina and chlorella is something that you refer to,
Speaker:and I've referred to this in the past, but I didn't have such a
Speaker:beautiful, eloquent name for it.
Speaker:Uh, but that is what you've termed the, uh, great nutrient collapse.
Speaker:And I, I'm not sure if that's actually your term, but I mean, that's where
Speaker:I've first seen it, so I'm gonna.
Speaker:Credit that to you right now?
Speaker:Well, I can't take credit for that.
Speaker:That's a, that was an article that scientists have, um, referenced it.
Speaker:Uh, so I was just re relaying that.
Speaker:Uh, so I, I wish I could take credit for it, but it is correct.
Speaker:Yeah, we are in an unprecedented period.
Speaker:It's not just the environmental poor earth, we're heating it, her, her up to
Speaker:crazy temperatures, but we have a complete nutritional collapse that's predicated on
Speaker:our soils being depleted of all minerals.
Speaker:And when they're depleted, the plants are depleted and we're depleted.
Speaker:So, um, but yeah, that's what's going on right now.
Speaker:It's pretty sad.
Speaker:Yeah, it's, it definitely is, and it's something, um, you know, and, and please
Speaker:add in anything if, if I miss something.
Speaker:But from my understanding, this great nutrient collapse.
Speaker:Um, so for example, if you took a apple from a hundred years ago,
Speaker:it's going to have a higher level of nutrient density basically.
Speaker:And a lot of that is going to be due to mainly like farming practices,
Speaker:like, um, you know, depleted top soils, monocropping, um, over usage
Speaker:of, you know, chemicals on our plants.
Speaker:Um, these are things that are kind of contributing to this.
Speaker:Is this, uh, correct Catherine?
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:Well, it's, it's a couple of things.
Speaker:Uh, yes, it is all, uh, the soil monocropping of the soil, which has
Speaker:depleted all the minerals is, you know, uh, certainly the most egregious thing
Speaker:that's happened in our farming ecosystem.
Speaker:Number two, now, uh, so many of our vegetables are grown in foreign countries,
Speaker:so they're harvested before they are ripe, and then they, so the nutrients
Speaker:can't get to the fruit or the leaves.
Speaker:So by the time they spend a lot of time in warehouses, so by the time they get
Speaker:to your dinner table, there's a lot of fiber and not a lot of nutrition.
Speaker:Um, left.
Speaker:The other thing is, um, The, uh, um, ozone layer has been depleted.
Speaker:And the, what they're finding, the, the effect of that is the nutrient
Speaker:level and the protein level of the plants is dropping and the sugar
Speaker:and carb levels are increasing.
Speaker:So, you know, add that to the fact that also most of the food people are
Speaker:eating these days is so processed.
Speaker:Um, and when they add things back in, they're, it's not the natural
Speaker:nutrients that Mother Nature has intelligently provided to us.
Speaker:They're extracts.
Speaker:And when you put in, uh, if you see buy a box of something that says fortified with.
Speaker:Uh, you know, iron, for example, please put it, leave it on the shelf
Speaker:because, uh, a especially iron, uh, man, that's, that stuff's bad news, uh, for
Speaker:our bodies and for our mitochondria.
Speaker:And two, when you put an extract into anything, your body doesn't
Speaker:recognize it like it does the nutrition that is in there naturally.
Speaker:So you can get into excess, excessive, uh, overload.
Speaker:Uh, it doesn't get absorbed, so it's either one or the other.
Speaker:You get too much or too little.
Speaker:So, um, so, and you mentioned the apple on top of all that, there's the bio,
Speaker:the genetic modifications that have been going on and everyone, all the farmers
Speaker:are breeding, you know, using hybrid fruits and vegetables to be sweeter to,
Speaker:uh, take, you know, to accommodate to the taste buds of the North American and
Speaker:other countries, but particularly North American, they want sweetness and sugar.
Speaker:I'm sorry, ladies and gentlemen.
Speaker:Sugar.
Speaker:Is has no redeeming feature, whether it's refined, uh, you know, you, I, you have to
Speaker:really even be careful with your fruits.
Speaker:Uh, and, and especially if you're ketogenic or you're low carb, you
Speaker:know, an instance spike comes from sugar, whatever format you get it from.
Speaker:So, uh, and if you still need to eat fruit, berries are your best bet because
Speaker:they like strawberries or raspberries.
Speaker:They have the, the least amount of sugar.
Speaker:But, uh, those insulin spikes are gonna come.
Speaker:And when you get insulin spikes, you get inflammation.
Speaker:And the inflammation causes damage to mitochondria.
Speaker:And ultimately damage mitochondria, as we'll talk about today, is
Speaker:where the rubber hits the road.
Speaker:I tell people I never eat alone.
Speaker:I eat with my mitochondria.
Speaker:They're always with me.
Speaker:And, um, They're always with you.
Speaker:And if once you understand what they need, uh, to, uh, and they're
Speaker:on your side, by the way, you guys are all on the same team.
Speaker:We're all on the same team.
Speaker:But, um, it's like asking a, your baseball team to go play a, a
Speaker:game and put blindfolds on them if you don't give your mitochondria.
Speaker:What they need to perform.
Speaker:Uh, they can't.
Speaker:And, uh, they take a hit or they die and then they, you know, your baseball
Speaker:team will be, uh, throwing, uh, the wrong shot, the the ball to the wrong
Speaker:team and, and scoring for somebody else.
Speaker:And so you don't want that to happen when your mitochondria are
Speaker:damaged, they send the wrong signals.
Speaker:Everything, everything, everything comes to mitochondria health.
Speaker:And, uh, fortunately people are starting to learn about that.
Speaker:So, um, so yeah, our whole, the whole food supply, your mitochondria can't
Speaker:perform properly if you aren't giving them the fuel, um, that they need.
Speaker:And that, uh, and they ha they don't have the arms and legs to, to choose the food.
Speaker:It's, that's your job.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:No.
Speaker:Uh, so mitochondria is definitely going to be a massive topic of today's episode.
Speaker:Um, but really quickly coming back to the, uh, to the great nutrient collapse.
Speaker:So the reason spirulina and Chlorella are so incredible for literally what you were
Speaker:just saying is for one, C, coming back to the sugar, there's zero sugar, but
Speaker:on top of that we have 40 plus minerals and vitamins in spirulina and chlorella.
Speaker:Is that correct?
Speaker:That's right.
Speaker:And in fact, we have a, also have a quote from NASA that says, one gram
Speaker:of algae has the same nutrition, uh, equal to a thousand grams of
Speaker:vegetables, one to a thousand.
Speaker:And so, so, and we sell our algae in la large bags of a thousand tablets.
Speaker:And I use that quote to do a calculation, and I found out that each
Speaker:bag of our algae tablets has the same nutrition as 551 pounds of vegetables.
Speaker:So, you know, they, they're $130, but we have a discount code we'll share.
Speaker:So it works out to like a, you know, a hundred dollars ish per bag.
Speaker:But if you bought 551 pounds of vegetables, that would've cost you $1,500.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:So, um, and 10 tablets a day is sort of what we suggest to people.
Speaker:You could have less, but, and even better, take more.
Speaker:But that works out to about a dollar a day.
Speaker:If you don't think you and your body and your health and your longevity,
Speaker:and your skin, and your digestion, and your sleep, and your mitochondria.

Speaker:You gotta work on self-image, self-love, because you are worth it.
Speaker:And there is nothing in the universe with more nutrition
Speaker:than spirulina and chlorella.
Speaker:Even the United Nations 49 years ago declared spirulina, algae,
Speaker:the answer to world hunger because it has three times the amount
Speaker:of protein at steak on a weight.
Speaker:Basis, and it's the most eco-friendly, sustainable crop in the world.
Speaker:Uh, it's, it's, uh, it is the most concentrated food, the most
Speaker:eco-friendly, sustainable food.
Speaker:And we sell it in tiny tablets that you can swallow or chew.
Speaker:So it's the most effortless food in the world.
Speaker:You don't have to drag this home from the grocery store.
Speaker:You don't have to clean it, you don't have to cook it.
Speaker:You don't even have to chew it.
Speaker:Of course, I chew mine, but, um, they, they're little tablets

Speaker:The spirulina is the blue-green algae, and it has nutrients in it, not

Speaker:Honestly, you could eat them, chew them, swallow them, put 'em in a smoothie,
Speaker:just get 'em into you because you're not getting the nutrition that you need,
Speaker:uh, from the, our food supply period.
Speaker:And who wants to spend the rest of the entire day cooking?
Speaker:I mean, we all have jobs, we have families, we have other responsibilities.
Speaker:So, um, and the tablets travel.
Speaker:Well, they, they're not affected by heat.
Speaker:Well, not, you know, like they, they are when you grow them, if you use high
Speaker:heat, you kill many of the nutrients, including the enzymes and the pigments
Speaker:that we're gonna talk about that are very healing, which makes our brand
Speaker:so unique cuz we don't use high heat.
Speaker:So, uh, you get the full, the full deal when you, uh, use ours.
Speaker:But, but nonetheless, honestly, you know, and I'm 13 years into this,
Speaker:algae is the answer for everything.

Speaker:I tell people the only reason you don't know about algae and its
Speaker:benefits is that it's not grown here, and no one's told you about it.
Speaker:Uh, 99% of it's grown in Asia, 99% of it's consumed there, and it's a
Speaker:multi-billion dollar agricultural crop.
Speaker:We've talked about this before.
Speaker:Uh, spirulina chlorella are harvested as food crops not there.
Speaker:There is algae in the ocean, but spirulina chlorella are grown in freshwater
Speaker:farms, and, uh, then we just air dry it.
Speaker:But, hey, why should the Asians be the only ones benefiting from this super
Speaker:foods super amazing, uh, nutrient density.
Speaker:Um, and, you know, the Japanese are well regarded for their longevity.
Speaker:Their, their low obesity rates.
Speaker:Their low cancer rates, and they don't leave their house without
Speaker:taking chlorella, uh, algae every day.
Speaker:So, um, Yeah, I mean, honestly, it's almost too, I, I came up with this saying,
Speaker:uh, uh, about the benefits of algae.
Speaker:Too simple to believe.
Speaker:Too powerful not to, yeah.
Speaker:Pretty much says it.
Speaker:All right.
Speaker:A hundred percent.
Speaker:Uh, yeah, so actually going back to the, the price on this, I actually
Speaker:just include energy bits into my, like, grocery bill almost, because
Speaker:that's what I consider it is groceries.
Speaker:It's a food.
Speaker:And, uh, absolutely.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:And it, and like you said, it is absolutely cost efficient even at,
Speaker:you know, 10 of them a day that, like you said, it's a dollar a day.
Speaker:It is my number one supplement, you know, quote unquote supplement that I take.
Speaker:Um, you know, because it does cover such a, a wide array
Speaker:of, uh, nutrient deficiencies.
Speaker:I was actually, um, I did a podcast recently on major deficiencies in the us.
Speaker:And, uh, spirulina and chlor chlorella had practically every single one of them.
Speaker:Um, I was looking at the chlorophyll content of Chlorella, which
Speaker:obviously chlorella basically has chlorophyll in the name worlds.
Speaker:Yep.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:25 times more chlorophyll and liquid chlorophyll.
Speaker:So figure that out.
Speaker:It's, it's insane.
Speaker:I was looking, um, uh, compared to, I think it was a cup of spinach, um, you
Speaker:could get the same amount of chlorophyll that's in a cup of spinach in, I think it
Speaker:was like five tablets of the energy bit.
Speaker:So, oh, probably even, probably even less.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:Okay.
Speaker:Okay, gotcha.
Speaker:Probably like one tablet.
Speaker:Geez.
Speaker:I mean that, yeah, it's insane.
Speaker:It's, it's so nutrient dense and just, uh, yeah, like you really
Speaker:get your bang for your buck.
Speaker:So for me personally, I don't even consider it in like my supplement,
Speaker:uh, you know, expenditure.
Speaker:I consider it in my grocery expenditure.
Speaker:So, Um, yeah, yeah.
Speaker:We, we had an email from a woman, uh, a couple months ago.
Speaker:She's 87 and, um, sh before she found us, she was incontinent.
Speaker:She couldn't sleep for longer than an hour at a time, cuz as you
Speaker:get older, your melatonin drops.
Speaker:Um, she had no energy, so she started taking both of them.
Speaker:And she said within a couple of weeks, or even, or a week, I can't
Speaker:remember what the email was, uh, sh her incontinence was gone.
Speaker:She was able to sleep, uh, five or six hours at a time.
Speaker:Her energy w uh, went through the roof.
Speaker:She now does CrossFit check this out.
Speaker:An 87 year old woman doing CrossFit, she says her grocery
Speaker:bills, to your point, have dropped.
Speaker:She eats one meal a day now cuz she just has her energy bits in the morning and,
Speaker:and on in the email and I'll even send it to you cuz she said we could share it.
Speaker:That particular day, she went for a three mile walk, then she watched her
Speaker:grandson at school, played basketball, then she played, she went to the nursing
Speaker:home to visit her friend and, you know, she cleaned out her, her garage.
Speaker:And then at five o'clock she decided to have something to eat.
Speaker:All of that from like 30 tablets of energy bits.
Speaker:So, so, uh, and we also have emails from mothers who are so grateful because they
Speaker:said, you know, dinnertime was always very strenuous or, you know, painful.
Speaker:Um, because they were always fighting with their kids to get them
Speaker:to eat their vegetables, and the kids just didn't wanna eat them.
Speaker:So now they give the kids a couple of tablets a day, problem solved
Speaker:because they're getting all the nutrients, all the chlorophyll, all the
Speaker:phytonutrients, um, to, to, um, to build their, what you know, what they need.
Speaker:And now, They're not getting the fiber, uh, because actually spirulina
Speaker:has zero fiber cuz spirulina is a bacteria, it's a cyanobacteria.
Speaker:There is a bit of fiber in the chlorella.
Speaker:Um, and also on your deficiencies, probably B12 might have
Speaker:showed up on your radar.
Speaker:And I, I wanna address that because literally every day we get an email from
Speaker:someone, because there's a lot of stuff on the internet about, uh, the, um,
Speaker:B12 and spirulina being the pseudo b12.
Speaker:Not the real deal.
Speaker:Not not.
Speaker:Uh, and so I did a deep dive just this morning and I have some.
Speaker:Documents, some scientific pa uh, documents that prove at least in our
Speaker:algae, which is a called the spirulina.
Speaker:Plantes, which is the spirulina, uh, it is the real, uh, um, um, coline, uh,
Speaker:b12, which is, uh, absorbed by your body.
Speaker:And the chlorella is also the real b12.
Speaker:So I'm not sure where, um, what spirulina and chlorella these other articles
Speaker:are referencing, but they're not.
Speaker:Correct when it comes to ours.
Speaker:And so I just wanna assure people that, um, and the, uh, that we've
Speaker:got the real B12 in our, in our, our spirulina and chlorella.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:No, and that's super important.
Speaker:Uh, really good to know that, you know, it's, it's the biologically, uh, active
Speaker:or like absorbable type, um, which is, it is super important to know that.
Speaker:And, um, this is why I always talk about energy bits cuz I'm like, no, no, no.
Speaker:This is, this is everything in the way you need it.
Speaker:Just eat it.
Speaker:Um, now in terms of the mitochondria, cuz I'm about to
Speaker:just let you loose on this topic.
Speaker:I know you're gonna provide us with so much information right now, but
Speaker:yeah, if you wouldn't mind, I mean if, if you care to, you can give a
Speaker:little, uh, brief overview of what the mitochondria is for new listeners.
Speaker:Um, and then also definitely dive in on superoxide dismutase and phycocyanin
Speaker:and what benefit that provides for both, uh, brain health and heart health.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:So I have a little chart.
Speaker:Um, oh, and I, I wanted to mention that real quick.

Speaker:Well, and you know, the, I really wish in schools they would teach us how our bodies
Speaker:work because when something doesn't work well, the first thing people do is they
Speaker:get a, they're, they're frightened and they go into a freeze mode and grab it.
Speaker:Anything.
Speaker:That's why so many people take medications.
Speaker:But if you start to understand how your body actually functions and people never
Speaker:think twice about reading the instructions on how their phone works in their iPhone.
Speaker:So I just wanna assure you that what I enjoy doing is helping people
Speaker:understand how their body functions.
Speaker:Because once you understand the rules of engagement, it's
Speaker:a lot easier to provide it.
Speaker:And then you'll start to understand why it's working, cuz it's not, uh, certainly
Speaker:when it comes to algae, it, it's not a, uh, it's, it's, it's not phony.
Speaker:It's not smoke and mirrors.
Speaker:It's the real nutritional needs being met by your body and most
Speaker:particularity your mitochondria.
Speaker:So what are the mitochondria?
Speaker:Well, They're known as being the power cells of your, of
Speaker:your, uh, uh, in your cells.
Speaker:They, which generate, uh, what's called atp attp is the form of
Speaker:energy required by your body.
Speaker:It takes the food that you eat, uh, and converts it into electrons
Speaker:that are then transferred into this thing called attp, which is what
Speaker:everything in your body requires.
Speaker:Attp it, thinking, walking, talking, breathing, your lymphatic
Speaker:system, a absolutely everything.
Speaker:And, and so, uh, inside your cell you have your nucleus, and then
Speaker:you have these little mitochondria that are generating the atp.
Speaker:Now, um, the, the problem arises, um, because the ATTP that's being
Speaker:produced inside these mitochondria, a byproduct, Are free radicals.
Speaker:And as you probably know, the free radicals are very damaging.
Speaker:And the prob what, what, what the issue is inside the, um, those little
Speaker:organelles, the mi mitochondria where the ATP is produced, that's also where
Speaker:your mitochondria have their own dna.
Speaker:You didn't probably know this, but your mitochondria have their own
Speaker:dna and there's only 37 of them compared to the 22,000 regular dna.
Speaker:But those mitochondria DNA control everything that goes on in the regular
Speaker:mitochondria, in your regular dna, all your cellular communications.
Speaker:So the problem is, however, the D n A are located exactly where the A T
Speaker:P is produced, which is exactly where the free radicals are being produced.
Speaker:Your regular nucleus DNA is way outside of the mitochondria,
Speaker:so they last your lifetime.
Speaker:Your mitochondria DNA lasts an average of 10 days, and that's because they're
Speaker:constantly being bombarded by free radicals that are being thrown off
Speaker:as a byproduct of the ATP production.
Speaker:And so when that's happens, your mitochondrial DNA die or they get mutated.
Speaker:And when they're mutated, they send the wrong signals to the cells and to the
Speaker:other nucleus and the other dna, and when they die, you have less of them.
Speaker:So you have less energy in both situations.
Speaker:You have.
Speaker:Diminished attp, which means you have diminished capability in
Speaker:whatever it is that you wanna do.
Speaker:This leads to brain fog, this leads to hormonal issues, this
Speaker:leads to skin issues, this leads to cancer, it leads to everything.
Speaker:So, um, and just to show you sort of what happens and I'll, you know,
Speaker:I'll get a little geeky on you.
Speaker:I'm showing you in that the mitochondria.
Speaker:The way the ATP is produced is there's these little electrons that are embedded
Speaker:in the cell membrane, and they, they take the electrons that are, you know, your
Speaker:glucose is converted from the food that you eat, and then it's like a relay race.
Speaker:They, they move these little electrons along the pros, the course.
Speaker:And the final stage is to pass it into, um, uh, where it, the ATP is generated.
Speaker:But the problem is when the free radicals are constantly being released, those
Speaker:little trends, uh, stations, think of it like a, as I say, a relay race.
Speaker:You know, when you have a relay race, you have someone passing a baton.
Speaker:Well, well, when the damage occurs in the mitochondria, the relays.
Speaker:Or the, you know, the, the runners in the, in the race get further and further
Speaker:apart, so it's harder and harder for them to pass the baton when they're, when
Speaker:they're healthy, they're tight and they're working closely, and the electrons get
Speaker:moved along, not very many free radicals.
Speaker:And so that's when you get high ATV production, when there's too
Speaker:many free radicals, those stations get moved apart from one another.
Speaker:So more and more electrons get dropped, and that turns into free radicals.
Speaker:And I'll show you a real picture of a mitochondria.
Speaker:Here's a healthy one, and here's one that's been damaged.
Speaker:See all the empty space.
Speaker:So it's hard for the electrons to get trans moved from one
Speaker:of those stations to the next.
Speaker:And so it's a slippery slope.
Speaker:It just gets worse and worse.
Speaker:The analogy I make is it's like asking Tom Brady to throw a pass in a stadium that's
Speaker:six times the size of a normal stadium.
Speaker:It just doesn't work.
Speaker:So this is why when you start to have damaged mitochondria, it's a downward.
Speaker:Spiral and you want to find a way to stop it.
Speaker:So there are two ways to reduce the free radicals, which would then therefore
Speaker:reduce your damage to your mitochondria and help you get your health back.
Speaker:Because here's the great thing, your body, every single cell in your body,
Speaker:every single microorganism in your body is constantly regenerating itself.
Speaker:So whatever situation you find yourself in, it's not, it's not stagnant.
Speaker:You're, there's a great, um, quote, I like an Asian quote, that you
Speaker:never step in the same river twice.
Speaker:You know, if it is a great visual, cuz the river's always
Speaker:flowing, your body's the same way.
Speaker:So when you give it better nourishment, when it's generating
Speaker:and making it the next bunch of cells, they're gonna be healthier.
Speaker:So whatever situation you do, find yourself in.
Speaker:Don't despair.
Speaker:Uh, on the other hand, if you are healthy, keep it up and keep giving yourself what
Speaker:your body needs cuz then you'll, you'll continue to have a big, a good structure.
Speaker:So the two ways to reduce that free radical damage is two ways you can,
Speaker:uh, reduce the free radicals, or you can remo and you can remove them.
Speaker:Let's look at the first one, which is to reduce them well, sugar and refined carbs.
Speaker:Create the most free radicals.
Speaker:They're the ones that get, get, they're dropped the most along that relay station.
Speaker:Keto diets or low carb diets have fewer carbs, and the best is fasting,
Speaker:intermittent fasting or algae.
Speaker:There's virtually no free radicals generated from
Speaker:intermittent fasting and algae.
Speaker:Um, so very, very efficient.
Speaker:But even if you just start by having fewer carbs, you will
Speaker:start having fewer free radicals.
Speaker:Um, and that means you'll have less mitochondrial damage.
Speaker:You know, when I see someone with a lot of wrinkles, I can almost.
Speaker:Promise you they eat a lot of sugar because, you know, you get
Speaker:free radical damage in your skin just like you, which you can see.
Speaker:But that kind of free radical damage that's also occurring inside your
Speaker:body, which, where you can't see it, but it manifests as heart disease,
Speaker:it manifests as hormonal issues.
Speaker:Brain fog, and we'll talk about the brain in a minute, but the
Speaker:skin, you can certainly see it.
Speaker:And people always comment on my skin.
Speaker:Um, and I attribute it to the fact I eat so much algae cuz oh, I don't have
Speaker:any free radical damage in my skin and, and it's no Botox as everything moves.
Speaker:Nice.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:You have to ask nowadays, you know?
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:So, um, so re so reducing free radicals, your, is your number one, uh, step
Speaker:to protecting your mitochondria.
Speaker:The second step is to remove them.
Speaker:Okay?
Speaker:Now, normally we would, we would know, oh, well antioxidants, they, they are
Speaker:great for, uh, removing free radicals.
Speaker:But the problem is, uh, most of the antioxidants cannot get into
Speaker:the mitochondria because the mitochondria are your only cell
Speaker:in your body with two membranes.
Speaker:Every other cell, including the mitochondria, have what's
Speaker:called a lipid membrane.
Speaker:And now the mitochondria have a second one that, and I'll explain
Speaker:to you later where it came from.
Speaker:But that second membrane is impenetrable by almost all
Speaker:antioxidants, except for that I know of.
Speaker:There could be more, uh, glutathione, melatonin, superoxide dismutase
Speaker:and chlorophyll now, um, and we'll, uh, talk about that in a second.
Speaker:But the reason why they can't get in them is because the mitochondria,
Speaker:the inner membrane, does not have this thing called porins.
Speaker:Porins are little openings that allow, um, proteins and antioxidants in and out
Speaker:of your lipid membrane, but there aren't any in your, um, in your inner membrane.
Speaker:So the good news is your body creates, uh, um, most of those antioxidants that
Speaker:you need to get into the mitochondria, glutathione, melatonin, and superoxide
Speaker:tase doesn't make chlorophyll.
Speaker:Um, but the bad news is your body stops making them.
Speaker:When you get 30, so after the, so you've got all, that's why when
Speaker:you're, you know, you're teenage, you're 20, I mean, you can go out and
Speaker:party, you can do whatever you want.
Speaker:You always bounce back because you've got all these, you know, whatever you've been
Speaker:doing in your body, you can bounce back.
Speaker:But once you hit 30, it drops All those, those, those critical antioxidants that
Speaker:you've been having all these years.
Speaker:Are gone.
Speaker:And so your mitochondria are no longer protected.
Speaker:Uh, it's like your superpowers are suddenly dis disappeared or somebody
Speaker:cleared out your bank account.
Speaker:Uh, you don't have, you don't have what you used to have.
Speaker:And this is exactly the time when, um, disease starts happening because
Speaker:when you, by the time you hit 40 or 50, you've, you've lost the
Speaker:protection of those antioxidants.
Speaker:And by the way, we haven't talked about this yet.
Speaker:You've been living longer.
Speaker:And we have so many toxins in our world.
Speaker:The average adult I read has 700 toxins in them.
Speaker:So it's a perfect storm.
Speaker:You have more, you have more toxins, and you have less
Speaker:protection of your mitochondria.
Speaker:So here's the great news, algae has.
Speaker:The highest concentration of three of those antioxidants that could
Speaker:get in there, suid dismutase me, um, glutathione and chlorophyll.
Speaker:And that, uh, is particularly spirulina and chlorella pulls out toxins.
Speaker:So now you, you can reverse the situation where you were missing these
Speaker:critical antioxidants to protect your mitochondria just by taking the algae
Speaker:you can get, you can fla literally flatline the, uh, inflammation levels.
Speaker:Get rid of the toxins and get your mitochondria healing and.
Speaker:I don't make this up by the way.
Speaker:Uh, there are at least 25,000 studies that have documented the healing
Speaker:powers of superoxide dismutase, which is one of the critical nutrients.
Speaker:And, and, and it's actually a, um, it's an enzyme.
Speaker:It's found in spirulina, but it's also in, in chlorella.
Speaker:But highest concentration is in, is in spirulina, uh, everything,
Speaker:as I said, from heart disease.
Speaker:It re, it reduces the, um, stops your telomeres from, from, uh,
Speaker:shortening, it removes inflammation.
Speaker:So it's particularly good for brain, uh, health.
Speaker:Um, but yeah, because by the way, your brain has the highest concentration
Speaker:of mitochondria in the world.
Speaker:2 million mitochondria per cell.
Speaker:I mean, think about that.
Speaker:2 million mitochondria per cell.
Speaker:That's one packed.
Speaker:Subway car.
Speaker:Right.
Speaker:And, uh, we'll talk about, I've got, I've got some really
Speaker:cool information about that.
Speaker:But there's a book that came out last November by, um, Dr.
Speaker:Chris Palmer, brain Energy.
Speaker:The whole book is about how all brain issues, whether it's post-traumatic
Speaker:stress disorder or anxiety, is really a mitochondrial disease.
Speaker:And so the first step is to heal your mitochondria because once they are
Speaker:functioning better, then um, all these other, um, issues in your brain have
Speaker:a better chance of being corrected.
Speaker:So, um, and I completely agree and I read the book and, you
Speaker:know, he's here in Boston.
Speaker:We're going to actually get together next week.
Speaker:I think so.
Speaker:Um, that's amazing.
Speaker:Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker:It's, and then also, sorry, real quick, I wanted to jump in real quick also.
Speaker:I just wanted to mention that, uh, mitochondria, uh, uh, just a really
Speaker:quick reason why they're so important is, like you just said, they're super
Speaker:jam-packed in all the cells of our brain, but that's because it's an area where
Speaker:we have high energy, uh, demand, right?
Speaker:And that's why the heart as well has high levels of mitochondria.
Speaker:Sorry, I just wanted to jump in real quick and Yes.
Speaker:And chime that.
Speaker:Well, the, um, because remember, the mitochondria are responsible
Speaker:for generating energy, cellular energy, and, um, I tell people, look
Speaker:at cellular energy is like money.
Speaker:When you have more money, you can do more things and you have more choices, right?
Speaker:Cellular energy is exactly the same way, more cellular energy.
Speaker:You can do more things and you have more choices.
Speaker:So the highest needs in your body, uh, have the highest
Speaker:concentration of mitochondria.
Speaker:Um, your brain uses by the way, 20% of all your, um, energy needs.
Speaker:And so it's a hog.
Speaker:It's a, it's a cellular energy hog.
Speaker:Um, but that's why one of the reasons why when you take spirulina, you get
Speaker:physical and mental energy immediately.
Speaker:Um, but you also, because it partly is feeding in through this.
Speaker:Um, mitochondria, but it sat and it satisfies your hunger.
Speaker:By the way, both algae are, um, zero carbs, great for intermittent
Speaker:fasting, ketogenic vegan paleo carnivore, zero oxalates.
Speaker:Zero lectins.
Speaker:I feel like I've got a prodigy child on my hands, but, um, uh, but yes, so the
Speaker:brain has the most 2 million per cell.
Speaker:The next highest, which might be sort of interesting to know, are women's eggs.
Speaker:Why is that?
Speaker:Because it takes a lot of energy to generate a human being.
Speaker:To create a human being, and I'd say, so interesting.
Speaker:Side note, for any of the ladies that are listening, uh, we all
Speaker:know that our regular, um, d n A is comes, half of it comes from men.
Speaker:The sperm and half comes from women from the egg.
Speaker:Well, when it comes to mitochondria, it's all from the ladies.
Speaker:All of your DNA in your mitochondria come from the eggs.
Speaker:So, um, you know, here we are, the women we're working in the back rooms
Speaker:again, you know, making things work.
Speaker:But, uh, I thought that was pretty f fascinating.
Speaker:So after.
Speaker:Brain, then the eggs, then the heart, the heart's about 8,000,
Speaker:um, mitochondria per cell.
Speaker:And after that it's muscles.
Speaker:And then, um, all your other organs.
Speaker:So you can see even athletes that those of you who are listening,
Speaker:um, you need to be sure that you're feeding those mitochondria.
Speaker:And there's other ways to do it too.
Speaker:Uh, exercise obviously, uh, red light therapy.
Speaker:Um, but the spirulina and the chlorella for sure, um, because they,
Speaker:they are, have the nutrients that can get into the inner membrane.
Speaker:Uh, and I'll tell you, um, well, I can tell you now why, why
Speaker:the, the inner membrane exists.
Speaker:So, uh, I, I may have mentioned, or maybe I didn't, but algae was the first
Speaker:life on earth for a billion years ago.
Speaker:And, uh, it was, uh, started with this cyanobacteria, uh, which like spirulina,
Speaker:spirulina, as I mentioned, is a bacteria.
Speaker:And before cyanobacteria Earth was gas and water, nothing lived.
Speaker:And then this single cell, anaerobic cell started growing.
Speaker:It released oxygen.
Speaker:By generating atp.
Speaker:And after a billion years there was enough oxygen.
Speaker:So aerobic cells, which were larger could grow, but they
Speaker:didn't generate ATP as well.
Speaker:So I kind of joke and say, well, I can imagine the conversation, a big cell
Speaker:says to the little cell, Hey, little guy, I see you're struggling there.
Speaker:Why don't we join forces?
Speaker:Uh, we'll protect you from the oxygen and you come and make ATP for us.
Speaker:And that's basically what happened.
Speaker:Again, all proven in science is called endos symbiotic theory that the original,
Speaker:um, single cell organism that was absorbed by the larger cell, which was aerobic,
Speaker:it evolved to become mitochondria.
Speaker:So cyanobacteria like spirulina became our mitochondria.
Speaker:So the second membrane that's inside the mitochondria that no antioxidants,
Speaker:except everything that's an algae can get into is a leftover from the original
Speaker:days when it was a single cell organism.
Speaker:And then when it got absorbed.
Speaker:A lipid membrane was put around it just like all the other cells.
Speaker:Uh, and this was discovered in the sixties by a female scientist
Speaker:at MIT also here in Boston.
Speaker:Um, and, uh, and it's, if you go on PubMed or research anything about
Speaker:the history of mitochondria, uh, that's, that, that's reference.
Speaker:So, It, it's, it makes a lot of sense to me that that's why algae seems to
Speaker:be so perfectly suited for protecting, correcting, uh, and, and improving the
Speaker:functionality of your mitochondria because they're basically from the same place.
Speaker:They evolve from the same place.
Speaker:So, uh, and you, so you can't get any further back in history, uh, than algae.
Speaker:And you can't get any deeper to the core of what's causing your health
Speaker:or your disease than mitochondria.
Speaker:That's it.
Speaker:There's no n you can't go any further than that.
Speaker:So it's, it's, it's fascinating to me.
Speaker:So two of the most powerful nutrients that support the mitochondria
Speaker:are, are found in spirulina.
Speaker:One is called super oxidase, also known as s o d, and the
Speaker:other one is the blue pigment.
Speaker:That's called fico Cyan, and I, I, I'm gonna spell it for you because you
Speaker:would never really know it otherwise.
Speaker:It's P h y c o c y a n I N.
Speaker:And the reason I want to spell it out for you is so that on your, if you're
Speaker:interested, just go online and Google fico, signin and cancer treatments because
Speaker:you're gonna find out that this is what the chemotherapy companies are using.
Speaker:We'll talk about this in a minute, to kill cancer cells, and yet it
Speaker:exists naturally in spirulina.
Speaker:And by the way, FICO signin does not exist anywhere else in nature.
Speaker:Nowhere else except spirulina.
Speaker:I would say that killing cancer cells would be a pretty important
Speaker:thing to have on your mind.
Speaker:I, I might as well just jump right to that one right now.
Speaker:So I, anyone who's listening, I am not saying, I just wanna
Speaker:make sure you understand this.
Speaker:I'm not saying that algae kills cancer cells.
Speaker:I am saying that scientists have done research to find out that a nutrient
Speaker:called phycocyanin has been shown to kill cancer cells and that algae contains this
Speaker:nutrient spirulina, algae, not chlorella.
Speaker:So here's, I'm gonna show you this, and again, if you Google FICO sign and we'll
Speaker:send you, um, Uh, the, uh, the, uh, PowerPoint with the links to this, but
Speaker:this was a, I'm showing a picture of, uh, some cancer cells that were put in a Petri
Speaker:dish and they dyed them purple and it's a 24 hour, 24 hour, um, time, uh, shot.
Speaker:And so they could, they can see that.
Speaker:And what they did with these cancer cells is they put some phycocyanin in
Speaker:the, in the Petri dish, and there's six images, and it starts here where the
Speaker:cancer is very dense and it ends here where the cancer is virtually gone.
Speaker:So, and what I point out to people is that the amount of phycocyanin that was
Speaker:used in this experiment to kill the cancer cells, one of our algae spirulina algae
Speaker:tablets, has 4,000 times more phycocyanin, one tablet than was used in this test.
Speaker:Geez.
Speaker:Crazy, right?
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:Crazy.
Speaker:So you, so in case you are interested, I hope you are, I wanna
Speaker:help you understand why it works.
Speaker:So in the electron transport chain, there's all these little molecules
Speaker:where there's the, but like the baton being passed along, as we mentioned.
Speaker:And sometimes it gets dropped on its way to the finish line,
Speaker:which is called at p production.
Speaker:Now there's two what's called carrier molecules.
Speaker:One you may have heard of before called coq 10.
Speaker:We're not talking about that one, but there's another little carrier molecule.
Speaker:It's called cytochrome C, and it helps shuttle the electrons between
Speaker:the third molecule in the electron transport chain and the fourth molecule.
Speaker:And I, the analogy I make, it's like, you know, if you're at one of these
Speaker:big airports and you gotta get on a shuttle bus to get to your terminal,
Speaker:you know you miss that shuttle bus, you miss your plane, right?
Speaker:So these, this little cytochrome C is the shuttle bus now, and it works to carry
Speaker:the electrons to its final destination to generate ATP in healthy cells.
Speaker:This is one of the reasons why FICO signin in spirulina algae helps
Speaker:generate energy because it speeds up the bus as it moves the electron
Speaker:from station three to station four.
Speaker:That's on healthy cells.
Speaker:On unhealthy cells, which include cancer cells and senescent cells.
Speaker:Senescent cells are basically zombie cells.
Speaker:They've replicated themselves to death literally, cuz each time you replicate,
Speaker:you lose some of your, um, tele, uh, telomeres and eventually end up with
Speaker:a cell that can't replicate anymore.
Speaker:But it doesn't, it just doesn't go away.
Speaker:It's sort of like a guy, someone who's worked all their life and
Speaker:it's time for them to retire, but they just won't go home.
Speaker:They won't leave and they're still kicking, they're
Speaker:making a mess in the office.
Speaker:That's what a senescent cell is.
Speaker:It's still hanging around.
Speaker:It's inflammatory, it's not doing anything.
Speaker:You wanna get rid of it.
Speaker:That's what a to Fiji does.
Speaker:That's what, um, uh, when you go to, uh, cryotherapy helps
Speaker:clean out some of that stuff.
Speaker:So this cytochrome c molecule in health, in unhealthy cells, senescent cells,
Speaker:and cancer cells, the FICO signin kicks it out and it kills the cell.
Speaker:Pretty sweet, right?
Speaker:It's self-directed.
Speaker:And in fact, the, uh, um, apparently the, um, chemotherapy companies can determine
Speaker:if their treatments are working in their cancer treatments by what do they do?
Speaker:They measure how much cytochrome C is in your body, in your blood,
Speaker:because if there's a lot of cytochrome C that tells them there's
Speaker:been a lot of cancer cells killed.
Speaker:So it's working so.
Speaker:Unbelievable.
Speaker:Right?
Speaker:So, um, uh, so I think that's pretty powerful that this, the, the, um, the,
Speaker:the FICO signin, the blue pigment that is found in ca spirulina, nowhere else
Speaker:has that pretty powerful capability.
Speaker:But I do want you to know, here's a chart that, that that pigment, like
Speaker:including the next nutrient we're gonna talk about, which is super oxidase,
Speaker:blue pigment phycocyanin is damaged.
Speaker:You lose 50% or more of its capability when you dr.
Speaker:You use high heat, so almost everybody using high heat, all the other algae
Speaker:companies to dry their algae, which means you're shooting blanks, you're not getting
Speaker:the FICO sign and power that you should.
Speaker:Uh, and that is in intact in ours cuz we don't use high heat.
Speaker:So, That's a very powerful benefit that protects not only the mitochondria,
Speaker:but um, your healthy cells and gets rid of the unhealthy cells naturally.
Speaker:You know, it's mother nature's way of, you know, keeping us healthy.
Speaker:God bless her.
Speaker:I mean, she's, she's God, everything up her, her sleeve.
Speaker:The other nutrient I wanna talk about is called superoxide dismutase, um, and
Speaker:also known as s o d and what it does.
Speaker:Uh, so when you have these free radicals, the most damaging free
Speaker:radical is called superoxide.
Speaker:And so this nutrient called superoxide dismutase, which is actually an enzyme,
Speaker:is the most powerful way to neutralize it.
Speaker:And what does it do?
Speaker:It turns superoxide into harmless water.
Speaker:Ta-da.
Speaker:Mit your mitochondria.
Speaker:Thank you.
Speaker:There's, you know, cuz now is, they're like firemen and they're
Speaker:rescuing you from the fire.
Speaker:Cuz those free radicals, they're like fi, they're like sparks from a
Speaker:fire because when you, your poor old DNA are sitting right there by the
Speaker:fireside, by the bonfire getting fried.
Speaker:But when you give it the super oxidase, it's like putting up a shield and uh,
Speaker:and actually it's more than a shield.
Speaker:It removes the, the, um, the, the, uh, free radicals and turns them into water.
Speaker:So that's pretty powerful.
Speaker:Um, but you can't get, uh, any amount of super oxidase from any other food.
Speaker:I think there's 0.0, 0, 0, 0 0 1% in cabbage or broccoli, but then
Speaker:it gets damaged in digestion.
Speaker:And because sup, because spirulina is a bacteria which allows it to get absorbed
Speaker:instantly cuz there's no, um, Fiber or SEIUs wall, it gets absorbed and in, and
Speaker:the, all the nutrients, including the suid dismutase and the phycocyanin get
Speaker:directed to the, uh, it's a d direct shot.
Speaker:Right.
Speaker:You know, it's like the airlines here, right?
Speaker:You, it's like going into first class, you know, you get
Speaker:to load onto the plane first.
Speaker:Uh, so it gets to the mitochondria and, and so you know, the two of them
Speaker:super oxidase, which protects your mitochondria from free radicals and also
Speaker:protects your telomeres from shortening.
Speaker:Cuz here's that picture.
Speaker:As they replicate, there's less and less telomere to, and then your DNA
Speaker:gets exposed and it gets unraveled and then you get DNA mutation
Speaker:and that contributes to damage.
Speaker:So, um, pretty powerful stuff.
Speaker:Uh, and it's all natural.
Speaker:We don't add it.
Speaker:It's Mother Nature, she cooked it up.
Speaker:Uh, we just grow it very carefully.
Speaker:We preserve it without high heat so that you get the maximum benefit, um,
Speaker:and don't, um, you know, don't miss out on any of the, uh, the nutrients.
Speaker:And, and it works honestly, when we've had people who've had Alzheimer's who write
Speaker:us and tell us that within 24 hours of starting to take the spirulina, you know,
Speaker:before they couldn't figure out how to work their microwave or couldn't remember
Speaker:their address, they were back on track.
Speaker:Um, which gets me to the.
Speaker:Part about the brain health, because I've been reading so much about brain
Speaker:health and we know, uh, our algae has helped, um, people on the spectrum.
Speaker:Uh, any kind of, uh, um, if you've got any kind of attention disorder issue,
Speaker:this is so powerful for the brain.
Speaker:And I've read so many articles, but I thought, you know what,
Speaker:I need to test ours for sure.
Speaker:And we're a small company, so we can't do these big expensive CLI clinical trials.
Speaker:But the good news is we, um, have been working for the last six
Speaker:months with a fabulous non-profit.
Speaker:They're based in Florida called the Gray Team, gray team.org.
Speaker:And their entire purpose, uh, for existing is to reduce the suicide rates
Speaker:of military veterans, which is that at a heartbreaking 35 to 50% rate, 35 to 50%
Speaker:military veterans are committing suicide.
Speaker:Geez.
Speaker:I mean, That's just, that just, I just makes me cry.
Speaker:So they're doing everything they can.
Speaker:They've been working with a lot of the biohacking community and, and they
Speaker:thought they would try, they, they'd met me and, and our team many times.
Speaker:So we thought we'd do a small experiment.
Speaker:And so we recruited some of their members, their veterans, and these are people that
Speaker:have had brain issues for 20 or 30 years.
Speaker:Some had ms and all we did was give them a pouch of our spirulina algae tablets.
Speaker:Uh, there's 30 tablets in a, in a single pouch for 30 days.
Speaker:Uh, we measured, we did an EEG brain scan before the test, and we
Speaker:did another one after the 30 days.
Speaker:Now, honestly, we could have probably done the brain scan after a week and found
Speaker:the same results, but it is what it is.
Speaker:And we also had some, um, uh, different devices, uh, AVI for a bios strapp
Speaker:for measuring heart rate, availability and sleep and all that sort of stuff.
Speaker:So before I tell you the results of that test, I just wanna,
Speaker:I'm gonna show you a picture.
Speaker:Uh, using EEGs have been, um, Uh, or EEG and brain tests have been used in
Speaker:the athletic community for decades, uh, particularly for contact sports because,
Speaker:you know, football, there's lots of head injuries and concussions, and so, um,
Speaker:they would want to know when the athlete was safe enough to go back into play.
Speaker:So I, um, I'm showing you a picture that, um, this was a picture of
Speaker:an eeg, of a brain of an athlete before they had a concussion.
Speaker:And so you can see all the bright colors, the red and the yellow.
Speaker:It shows, uh, brain activity.
Speaker:Then they would have a concussion where there was a massive inflammation and
Speaker:the, and the EEG showed colors that were all blue, which indicated no brain

Speaker:And then once they did a bra, another e eeg, and the brain once again showed the
Speaker:red and the bright colors that indicated that the brain was healthy again and
Speaker:the athlete could go back into play.
Speaker:And I show you that because I wanted you to see.
Speaker:The e EEG before and after for the participants in our study.
Speaker:So here's one participant.
Speaker:The EEG showed what blue and what does the blue show?
Speaker:Massive inflammation.
Speaker:Okay.
Speaker:Uh, this, this was the, we did the, um, frontal occipital region as
Speaker:well as the central parietal region.
Speaker:The frontal region is the where executive decision making is
Speaker:occurring, but nonetheless, they were both massively blue after 30 days.
Speaker:There's still a little bit of blue, but very significant return of yellow and red
Speaker:in both the parietal and the occipital, showing that the executive function
Speaker:decision making had been restored.
Speaker:And all we did.

Speaker:And I'll get the numbers I'm get, they're gonna get, get them for

Speaker:By taking spirulina chlorella, you are going to be protecting these mitochondria.
Speaker:And the mitochondria are gonna be the powerhouses of your cells.
Speaker:It's also going to, you know, reduce biological age.
Speaker:It's gonna help you age gracefully, slow down the aging process.
Speaker:It's going to give you more energy, make you feel better, make you perform better.
Speaker:It's gonna help with your brain, cuz that's a massive
Speaker:area of mitochondria density.

Speaker:But, um, one thing.
Speaker:I came up with a great analogy cuz we didn't talk about
Speaker:chlorella, which pulls out toxins.
Speaker:But I came up with this a great analogy where, think of spirulina like room
Speaker:service because it gives your body all the nourishment that you need,
Speaker:sort of like you would get from room service at a hotel for your day.
Speaker:Gives you, you know, and, and for your life.
Speaker:And think of chlorella like housekeeping.
Speaker:It cleans all the junk out of your trunk.
Speaker:It pulls all the toxins out.
Speaker:Uh, spirulina again, another way to think about it is that it works from at
Speaker:to build your mitochondria and chlorella because of the chlorophyll and other
Speaker:nutrients build your immune system.
Speaker:Uh, or another way to think about spirulina works on the brain
Speaker:and, you know, downwards and chlorella works on your gut and up.
Speaker:So they do completely different things, but they're both essential for your
Speaker:health and, um, They, once you start taking them, honestly, you never
Speaker:wanna stop, and hopefully you won't.
Speaker:But they do replace a lot of other things, so they're not an add-on expense.
Speaker:Um, they really, um, replace a lot of stuff that's probably
Speaker:not good for you anyways.

Speaker:this, um, so is in terms of how many, uh, tablets to take, which you kind of
Speaker:mentioned on this, and of course, you know, everything that we're mentioning
Speaker:here, we're not medical professionals, so take this with a grain of salt.
Speaker:But, um, at the end of the day, for the average person, I heard you say
Speaker:about 10, um, tablets would be, you know, like a good general amount, but
Speaker:also let's say for maybe with kids or even someone with, um, let's say
Speaker:dementia or Alzheimer's or maybe they are going through cancer, would you.
Speaker:You know, recommend a higher amount for that person.
Speaker:Yes.
Speaker:Yes.
Speaker:And again, thank you for reminding me to remind your listeners that
Speaker:we aren't a medical facility.
Speaker:I'm not a medical doctor.
Speaker:I'm just sharing information that I have accumulated over these last 13
Speaker:years and, um, try, I'm trying to help people understand where to start,
Speaker:because keep in mind this is not a pill.
Speaker:It is not a supplement.
Speaker:We call them bits because they're bits of food.
Speaker:So, um, just like any kind of food, you kind of have to gauge your own appetite.
Speaker:Energy levels, age.
Speaker:Health, you know, levels.
Speaker:But, so on average, we found that 10 tablets a day, spirulina in the
Speaker:morning, take chlorella before you go to bed, because that's when your body
Speaker:does a detox repair cycle for children.
Speaker:We suggest, uh, one or half a tablet for their age.
Speaker:So if they're 10, give them five a day.
Speaker:If they're eight, give them four a day.
Speaker:They can have as many as you'd like to give them.
Speaker:We, I had a, um, the 18 month, year old daughter of a chiropractor, um, Dr.
Speaker:Wolfson, who's a very big paleo cardiologist.
Speaker:His daughter met me at a show.
Speaker:My, this little girl was like a foot and a half tall.
Speaker:She must've eaten a hundred tablets, like in five, in the space of five minutes.
Speaker:So finally, I said, I think maybe she said enough, but it's, there's no overload.
Speaker:Honestly, your poop will be green if you eat more, but.
Speaker:So for pets, for children, you know, um, until they're a teenager, just
Speaker:give them half of what their age for a pet given or a child's portion,
Speaker:you know, five tablets, 10 tablets.
Speaker:If you have a health condition, whether it's heart disease, cancer,
Speaker:you had cancer, um, you should be doubling and tripling that for sure.
Speaker:Uh, and again, once again, what have you got to lose?
Speaker:We were, when I was at Day's Show, we met the folks from the Hippocrates Health
Speaker:Institute, which is a well regarded 50 year old institute in Florida, Palm
Speaker:Springs, Florida, uh, Palm Beach rather.
Speaker:And, uh, they're recognized for helping people who are in stage four
Speaker:cancer, um, get healthy and they give them saunas and red light therapy,
Speaker:chlorellas, green juices, sprouts, but they wanted a better source of
Speaker:spirulina, so they're considering ours.
Speaker:Um, so you need.
Speaker:I would say 30 tablets.
Speaker:60 tablets until a day of each one, until you get a clear diagnosis.
Speaker:Um, and, and then, you know, take as many as you want after
Speaker:that, but keep taking them.
Speaker:Never, I don't think anyone should ever stop taking these.

Speaker:Sometimes it's twice a day, but, you know, so I intermittent
Speaker:fast like everybody else does.
Speaker:Or you should, um, with my algae to keep me through the day.
Speaker:So, um, so yeah, so if you did take 10 tablets a day, a bag of the thousand
Speaker:tablets would last you three months.
Speaker:Um, uh, and by the way, if you are on chemotherapy, the chlorella, which
Speaker:pulls out toxins including radiation, is really helpful to take the day after your
Speaker:treatment because it will pull the excess chemotherapy out so you're not as sick.
Speaker:Um, we, you know, we want you to get the benefits of your treatment,
Speaker:so don't take it right away.
Speaker:Take it, you know, as long, you know, at least 12 hours
Speaker:afterwards, eight or 12 hours.
Speaker:Um, so, and, and you know, the United Nations used chlorella after Chernobyl
Speaker:for that very reason to pull out the, the, um, excess radiations.
Speaker:And same with Fukushima.
Speaker:Disaster took 12 years, 10 years ago, uh, the entire global supply of
Speaker:Chlorella was bought up within 24 hours.
Speaker:Geez.
Speaker:So, um, So keep in mind it's food.
Speaker:Uh, what have you got to lose?
Speaker:Uh, it's been used safely for 70 years in Asia, endorsed by international agencies.
