Surviving the Holidays

In today's Food for Thought episode, Evan covers his tips and tricks on surviving the holidays. He goes deep into holiday food and how indulging for one meal is not going to be what makes or breaks your diet. Evan also gives a few tips on how to enjoy your holiday meals without having to feel like it set you back a whole day or two. Stress Management During the Holidays

We all know just how tough it can be in terms of stress management during the holidays. This is meant to be a time where you connect with your tribe and build strong relationships with family and loved ones. So why is it that it tends to lead to divisiveness? A lot of this boils down to our abilities to listen to opposing views with an open and unbiased mind. We are usually stuck in our ways so deeply that we aren't even able to see that there could be a different mindset or view. Evan gives not only tips on how to deal with this but also the why!
